Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or defect.

  Document Condition

  For items damaged during transit, please include clear photos of both the packaging and the media to expedite your claim.

  Ship It Back

  Once authorized, securely pack the record in its original mailer and use the provided return shipping label to send it back to our warehouse.

  Refund or Replacement

  After we inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement copy immediately.
